The Experience
This is not just dinner.
This is a guided sensory experience where sight is softened, removed, and reintroduced to heighten everything else.
This first event, Secret Garden, will be inspired by spring: fresh growth, herbs, flowers, brightness, and the feeling of waking up after a long winter.
You’ll move through a sequence of seven tastings and sensory moments designed to shift your attention and disrupt expectation. Some will be bold. Some will be subtle. Some will surprise you.
At times, you’ll be blindfolded.
At times, you won’t.
Flavour, aroma, texture, and sound will take the lead, while sight becomes something you experience more intentionally when it returns.
Between each tasting, you’ll be guided through simple prompts to bring your awareness deeper into what you’re experiencing.
No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
Created by Jody Williams of Ocean Yoga and Wellness and Chef Stephanie O’Brien, owner of Merrywood Supper Club, this intimate supper club experience invites guests to slow down, trust their senses, and experience food in a completely different way.
